Do you work in person in the Twin Cities?
Yes. Workshops, service design sessions, and research run in your office anywhere in the Twin Cities, and the drive is in the price. Travel outside the metro is at cost. Calls, reviews, and most seat work happen over video, so a client outside the metro gets the same work.
What Minneapolis companies have you worked with?
I started at Olson in 2000, where the Phillips UV vodka site won a One Show Merit in 2002, then built sites at Carmichael Lynch for Porsche, Harley-Davidson, and Jack Link's, and was a partner at Catalyst Studios. Later I led UX on the U.S. Bank mortgage business and worked on Ecolab, Marvin, Polaris, and Honeywell. Today I hold fractional seats at Appraisal Dream, Quartz Importers MN, and U.S. Asset Appraisals. The full record has the dates.
How do I pick a consultant in Minneapolis?
Ask for work you can see, a price before the first meeting, and the name of the person who will do the work. A local consultant should be able to sit in your office in a day or two and name people in town who have worked with them.
